Thiago Martínez (Fiesta Kinetic) resultó más local que nunca, dominó los dos entrenamientos y se adjudicó la primera clasificación de la Clase 2 del Turismo Nacional, desarrollada en el autódromo José Muñiz de Río Gallegos, escenario de la segunda fecha de la temporada 2023. Los escoltas fueron el bahiense Sebastián Pérez (Chevrolet Onix) y el sanjuanino Facundo Leanez (Toyota Etios). El Top 10 de la clase menor del TN se completó con Marcos Fernández (Nissan March), Renzo Blotta (Toyota Etios), Marcelo Guevara (Nissan March), Alex Conci (Toyota Etios), Nicolás Posco (Fiesta Kinetic), Alejo Borgiani (Toyota Etios) y Marco Veronesi (Toyota Etios). Para quedar en lo más alto del clasificador Martínez estableció un registro de 1m.43s.439/1000 y superó a Pérez por 0.146/1000 y a Leanez por 0.302/1000.
