| El santafesino Ignacio Procacitto (VW Trend) consiguió una valiosa victoria, que lo coloca en la lucha franca por el título, en la final de la Clase 2 del Turismo Nacional, disputada en el Autódromo San Nicolás Ciudad de esa ciudad bonaerense, sede del octavo capítulo de la temporada 2022. El podio nicoleño se completó con el rafaelino Juan Ignacio Canela (VW Trend) y el comodorense Christian Abdala (Toyota Corolla). El Top 10 de la clase menor del TN se completó con Gabriel Scordi (Fiesta Kinetic), Matías Signorelli (Nissan March), Matías Cravero (Fiesta Kinetic), Renzo Blotta (Toyota Corolla), Alejandro Torrisi (Nissan March), Omar Bonomo (DS3) y Christian Bodrato Mionetto (Fiesta Kinetic). La priemra parte de la carrera tuvo a Christian Abdla como líder, pero siempre seguido desde el tercer lugar por Procacitto. En el giro séptimo llegó el santafesino a la punta de la carrera, fue cuando dio cuenta de Abdala y de ahí en más fue sacando indescoltables diferencias respecto a sus perseguidores y llegar así a una victoria, la primera de su trayectoria en la categoría, que lo pone en franca lucha por el título pese a que no acudió a dos fechas de las ocho disputadas.
